Discovering Tequila & I Like It!

I've never been a big drinker, never drink to get drunk more to just unwind but I've not been able to find a spirit that I actually like. I hate gin, vodka is so-so at best, bourbon/whiskey I like in cocktails but nothing to write home about. But I've finally found something I like! I've found it now..tequila! I've had tequila cocktails way back of course, but I'm now discovering what an amazing spirit this is on it's own.

I'm a total novice, but I do know to stay away from mixtos, or anything that is not 100% blue agave.

I got some Camerena Silver, for about 20 dollars, & it's actually quite good. I didn't know anything about tequila to me it's always been mysterious but I do know I really like the taste of it neat.

I saw some guy review some online and he recommended Camerena for a good inexpensive starter, and so I gambled on the silver. Pretty glad I did, it's clean tasting, great smell, a slight burn but overall a good sipper. I don't think the bottle will last long.

I'm looking forward to trying Reposados or Anejos down the road to see which style I like best. I tend to like a refreshing clean drink, so maybe the blancos are best for me.

What are some other good affordable 100% agaves I might try? Really liking the Camerena, it tastes good, wish the burn was a bit less but that's my only complaint with it. Thanks for any input/suggestions!
