If you're intersested in a super and simple veggie meal that you can make at home,...guaranteed to fill you up, then tack this to the fridge:
-Cook a couple cups each of basmati rice and lentils.(in seperate pots)
(add 1tsp salt per cup dry lentils)
((start the lentils first,use a bit less water than usual for both))
(in large serving bowl)
-1 generous heaping of basmati rice.
-Top it with generous heaping of lentils.
-pour Greek olive oil over rice & beans.
(more than you'd think)
-pour fresh squeezed lemon juice over rice & beans.
(again, be generous)
-a bit of balslamic vinegar.
-finish with a sprinkle of finely sliced green/spring onion.
