In the midst of a pantry cleaning frenzy, I just found several pounds of mixed dried beans- actually, I see some lentils or split peas as well as beans of various colors and sizes. All identifying tags or instructions have fallen off, likely a long time ago. Any help for how to deal with them? Soaking time? Cooking time? Method? Flavorings? How to make soup with them? I could use some help. Thanks!!
