wow - it was amazing... and expensive - $400 and we didn't do a tasting menu - just the three courses -
We asked for a wine accompaniment with our appetizers and my husband wanted one with entree so we got 3 half glasses of wine- mine was $24 and his were $27 each! I don't even know what kind of wine they were but is this normal? $27 for a half glass of wine?

Everything was terrific - both of us felt the weakest part was the entree - but even being weak they were both wonderful...I had Roasted Skate with Arugula, Heirloom Tomatoes
Black Olives, Saffron Potatoes
and Fennel – Tomato Emulsion and he had Duo of Beef: Braised Short Ribs in Red Wine
with Scallion "Mousseline"
and Roasted Tenderloin with Girolles
Shallots and a Pepper Cress Salad.

There were several items offered complimentary - including a welcome glass of champagne, a tower of canapes, an additional appetizer of A Taste of Heirloom Tomatoes with an accompanying wine, a wine with dessert and a third dessert proclaiming Happy Anniversary.

My appetizer of Gingered Lobster with Organic Carrots
Sugar Snaps and a Pea Shoot Emulsion was heavenly and my husband was equally enamored of his Duck Foie Gras, which was a special of the day.
