Dinner Recommendation Near TD Garden: Need to satisfy two different needs

RIfoodie29 | Jan 16, 201707:43 AM     1

I am heading to the Celtics game with my daughter tonight. She is in the mood for a good plate of pasta. I am a small plate creative food junkie. I generally prefer anything instead of Italian food (no offensive that is primarily what I cook at home and I look for something different when I go out). Is there anything nearby that would meet both of what we are looking for.

I don't mind going to another part of the city and then driving over to the garden so it does not need to be walking distance.
