Finishing up day three of the square cut rump roast I made Sunday for our daughter's birthday (she's 33). It was so good we, that we didn't mind eating it till it was gone. I decided to make Hasselback potatoes to compliment the meat, and topped mine with sour cream. Might as well show day one for a frame of reference.
