Dinner w/ clients

I have to take out a total of 5 customers of mine at a trade show in New Orleans next month. These guys are friendly with each other, and are from different regions so they do not compete. I would like to go somewhere that is a N.O. experience (not a steakhouse), but doesn't cost a fortune (that takes care of Brennan's, Antoine's, etc.) I need to have reservations, so forget Galatoire's (not interested in eating upstairs.) I need a place that is good for business associates, not one of the little neighborhood places written about so often on this board. Bayona or somewhere like that would never do--the menu is much too limited for these guys (not the most sophisticated diners.) And it needs to be in the French Quarter or CBD.

I have narrowed it down to Palace Cafe or Muriel's-- is Palace too casual if we are wearing suits? Is Muriel's made for this type of dinner? Any suggestions would surely be appreciated!
