Hello, I have been trolling for quite some time, but this is my first post. My wife and I are heading to Italy in two weeks and are look for some insight into potential dinner options in Ferrara.
Thanks to the wonderful information found on this board we know that at minimum we want to eat the Ferrara specialties: Cappellacci di Zucca and Salama da sugo. A majority of the general restaurant recommendations have been for L'Oca Giuliva and Antica Trattoria Volano.
I am wondering if anyone out there might have a feeling for the best place to go for the above noted dishes. Of note, while we will have a car for the rest of our stay while in Modena and Parma we will not in Ferrara. Thank you so much!
