What's for Dinner #355 - The SPRING Edition! [Through March 24, 2015 ]

Yes, it's spring today, or at least that's what the calendar says. In our neck of the woods (just north of NYC), winter refuses to release its grip, and today's special treat is snow. Yes, that's right, and I believe I speak for everyone on the eastern seaboard when I say, "I hate you snow." Despite this disappointing beginning to the new season, the forecast for tomorrow promises much warmer temperatures, and with that, the melting of this untimely snow.

So, warmer weather. I can get behind that, and also behind some more spring-like meals. What is the promised warmer weather (or continuing lovely weather for some of us!) inspiring you to cook?
