Planning a dim sum lunch with a group (10 people total) - including three or four vegetarians. Any suggestions on how to handle? They are not vegans but do not eat any meat. I haven't been to dim sum for some time and don't remember many vegetarian options. Do most restaurants also allow you to order off the menu? Do you think that is the best option - have the vegetarians order their own food and split that between themselves? I want to make it enjoyable for the vegetarians as one mentioned having to pay lots of $$$ at a previous gathering and only eating rice and steamed broccoli. thanks!
