Weekend dim sum at Hong Kong Tea House & Restaurant (565 West 200 South)in Salt Lake City was a pleasant experience. My husband and I enjoyed baked BBQ pork buns, steamed pork dumplings, pan fried pot stickers, fried pork/mushroom dumplings, stuffed mushrooms, a special winter sticky rice bowl, and mango pudding. Quality food, lots of choices, great service, elegant setting, good prices. We've done the HUGE dim sum restaurants in SF, but enjoyed this intimate gathering also. Missed the cart service, but everything we like was available and more. We live in Billings, and feel that SLC residents are fortunate to have this opportunity available in their city.
