Today we had dim sum at ABC Seafood Restaurant in Foster City and brought a friend from Chicago. After eating our dim sum exclusively at either Hong Kong Flower Lounge or Fook Yuen we were very impressed with today's lunch. We felt that the quality exceeded what we had become accustomed to in that the dough was not sticky or had the slightest amount of oil on the plate. Each variety stood on it's own merit and although the selection may not have rivaled Fook Yuen the quality, attentiveness and ambience was superior. We prefer steamed dim sum and found that variety was plentiful in this category. Any other comments on this restaurant versus the more well-known other in Millbrae??
