Yesterday at my nearby farmers market in Washington DC, I bought some beautiful dill and when I got it home, I realized there is A LOT OF DILL!
I have already used it on salad and salad dressing, and am thinking of using it with beets (borscht).
What can you suggest? I'd like to use it fresh, and in recipies which can be refrigerated or frozen for later.
Definitely bring on any soup suggestion as I LOVE soup! and stews..and braises ;-)
OH, ps....I don't like salmon ;-(
