Difference in cooking a bone-in and a boneless ribeye?

coll | Jun 1, 2006 05:54 PM

A friend just bought a whole boneless ribeye for the first time (about 18 lb), and asked my advice on how it is different from cooking a whole bone-in, which is what he usually makes, in the oven. I usually cut mine into steaks and grill them, so I didn't know what to say. Any advice would make me look good!
Thanks.
