Diana Kang shares her 40 years of homecooking experience on "Diana's Table", a new youtube channel that launched in September. A friend from Korea recommended it to me. I've only had time to watch a handful of episodes and have not tried the recipes yet. She focuses on quick and easy preps for folks with busy lives. I enjoy her level of detail, sharing of Korean culture, advice on what things can be made in bulk and stored, and explanation of ingredients. For now, she seems to be fastidious about answering questions posted in the comments.
