I have been to Dallas/Fort Worth numerous times and have my own opinions on the BBQ there. I live in Oklahoma City and we have a good combination of Texas style briskett and Kansas City style ribs. On my most recent trip to the metroplex three weeks ago, I went to Baker's Ribs in Dallas and The Railhead in Fort Worth. I was not impressed with either. The ribs at Baker's were small and I did not like the side dishes. Railhead's brisket lacked flavor. Both places had bland sauce to me. I do like Sonny Bryan's, Dickey's, Bone Daddy's, and Angelo's. I may try Hickory House south of Downtown the next time I am in Dallas. Any opinions on this place since I do not see to many on this site?
