Here is a reequest for a throw-back. Are there still any restaurants in Manhattan that feature dessert trolleys (the carts that servers would roll around and would have several cakes, tarts, and other pastries). These used to be common in the grande-dame French restaurants but have seemed to have disappeared with the advent of pastry chefs. I requests because I have a 14 year-old daughter for whom that would be the height of magic. Thanks for any help!
