Desperate for a Tasty Colombian Stew Called "Ajiaco"

Dear Fellow Chowhounds,

I am concerned because I live in the most international city in the world, yet I am unable to find my favorite food, "ajiaco". "Ajiaco" is my comfort food. It is a flavorful thick soup with chicken, capers, and corn that is usually served with a dollup of sour cream on top. I have travelled to several Colombian restaurants in Jackson Heights(Queens) and none of them serve "ajiaco". A lot of the waiters do not even know what "ajiaco" is! I suspect the reason for this is that most Colombians in New York are from Medellín and Cali, whereas "ajiaco" is an authentic dish from Bogotá.

Can anyone help me in my search for "ajiaco"? I am willing to travel to the outer boroughs and beyond.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidance.
