Today I added this to my usual rotation:
One slice of whole wheat sandwich bread toasted and spread with 1/4 of an avocado and topped with a sliced hard boiled egg sprinkled with plenty of salt and pepper.
Delicious, satisfying and nutrient dense for those trying to control weight. Plenty of protein for brain food, fiber and good healthy fat to boot. It stuck with me for 3 1/2 hours with no snacking. Not bad.
Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.
