Demeyere sauce pot vs. LC dutch oven

I'm currently looking at buying either a 28 cm (11 inch) Demeyere sauce pot, or ECI dutch oven (Le Creuset or Staub), but I have no experience with either of them. At least on paper it seems that the sauce pot should be able to do most everything that the dutch oven can do, but I've learnt the hard way a few times that theory and practice rarely agree.

So I'd love to get feedback from anyone that has used both a fully clad sauce pot and a ECI dutch oven as to which (if any) dishes were significantly better in one vs the other.
