You guys helped me out in the past with a Demeyere fry pan so I wanted to come back for advice on a sauce pan.
The plan is to get a gas range eventually, but the more things keep piling up I'm afraid that may never happen. At the very least, I'll be putting in an induction range. Therefore, instead of purchasing a Matfer Bourgeat 4qt copper sauce pan, I think I should get one that is still a high end performer, but compatible on induction.
My Demeyere Proline fry pan is a beast. Love the thing. That's why I'd prefer to stick to Demeyere, but I am open to others.
What is the best 4qt out there? Do they do a 7 ply? Atlantis? I'm having trouble finding some stuff apart from a 5 ply sauce pan on Amazon.
Initially it will be used on a Duxtop 9600LS induction burner as I want one of those regardless of what I get.
Thanks for any and all help!
edit: I am strictly speaking Sauce Pans. Not Saute Pans. Thanks
