I purchased the smaller 5ply from Berondi earlier this year and at the moment, I hate this pan. EVERYTHING sticks to it. I have use an inordinate amount of oil or butter for pancakes to not stick and I mostly get a pile of flour/sugar mash by the time I'm done trying to flip them. Then I have a huge mess to clean up and it takes a while to get the sticky oil residue off the sides.
I've watched videos and read everything I could find on the subject but unfortunately, nothing has worked for me. I know I must be doing something wrong but can't figure it out.
I'm about ready to throw this $200+ pan in the trash.
Please, someone help me save me. I may just put it on Ebay and get what I can for it.
