Somewhere buried in a thread about wine tipping on the LA board, the question of Takeout tipping came up...I NEVER know what to do about
1) Tipping when I pick up take-out (I usually don't)
2) Tipping when I have stuff delivered (I do)
3) Tipping when there's already a delivery charge, like $2 or $3, which is what I would have tipped....
I have my 18-20% policies pretty much set at restaurants, what do YOU do at home?
