Delivery service options in Sacramento for a housebound relative

Hounds,

I am originally from Sacramento but now live in Boston where I frequently use Foodler to get delivery options. I'm having a hard time finding an equivalent for midtown Sacramento to get a gift certificate for delivery of at least slightly chow-ish food for a relative who broke a major bone and won't be getting out of bed any time soon. (I grew up eating at 524 in the 1970s and 1980s when there was always Freddy Fender on the jukebox; been long enough since I lived there that I don't know where is good anymore--but looking for food in that vein, or actually nutritious and well-prepared food would be OK too!) Ideally I would just find a service that actually has a bunch of Sacramento restaurants that are not too bad and I could get a gift certificate for the service; Yelp reviewers, FWIW, savaged Food To You which appears to be the Foodler conduit. If there was a Foodler-style delivery service, or Food To You was actually OK and I could trust it, I might be able to get a gift certificate. Otherwise I was thinking I would just set up a tab at a couple of restaurants that would deliver in midtown that are good. Food at the rehab place shouldn't be too hard to improve on... so my relative's spiritual and physical recovery obviously depends on your advice! Thanks for any help you can give.
