Delicious Pecan Pie

Want a great Canadian twist on an American classic. Take any pecan pie recipe and exchange 1:1 the corn syrup with maple syrup. Simply take out the corn syrup and put in equal parts of maple syrup but it has to be 100% pure. Anything less won't thicken as nicely.
