Please - help me with delicious ideas/recipes for using my Rancho Gordo Beans...

meerastvargo | Feb 28, 201403:41 PM     4

So, I have about 20 bags of Rancho Gordo beans. Lots of different kinds (for example: garbanzo, scarlett runner, ayocote morado, rebosero, lila, moro, alubia boluda, yellow eye, santa maria pinquitos, pinto, cassoulet, hutterites). For some reason I have the most trouble using up the white beans, the garbanzos are the easiest for me to use up.

I am looking for delicious recipes/ideas to use up these beans. We don't eat red meat (but we do eat poultry and seafood). (To note, I do have the Rancho Gordo Cookbook).

Also, we are planning a 2 month trip to Australia (started as a 1 month trip) so we need to eat from our pantry as much as possible for the next month (we are leaving March 31st).

This soup is amazing: http://www.sfgate.com/food/chefssecre...

This hummus is so good (though I use less tahini): http://food52.com/recipes/22888-yotam...

And I make these veggie burgers (but they do kinda fall apart): http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/foo...

I make lots of Indian recipes as well.

Thank you for any ideas!
