Del Posto goat cheese balls with celery sorbet recipe in NY Times

The delicious Del Posto dessert of goat cheese balls coated with delicious crunchy bread crumbs, with celery sorbet, and delicious crisp shreds of celery is, well, delicious. And was easily the best part of my two visits there. Anyone up for recreating it?
