Hi all,

I picked myself up a fancy shmancy Sonoma 9000 dehydrator at a neighbourhood sale for a steal- half price, unused, and I'd like to make proper use of it. I used the time and temp settings as recommended by the manual that came with the machine, but it took more than twice the time to dry than it said it would, and that was with the temp cranked for the last 8 hours.

I've looked around for good dehydrator resources, but they appear to be hit and miss. Are there any recommendations for recipe resources, including details re: time and temp? Thanks in advance!
