I would like to try LA’s best deep fried stuffed jalapenos. Are there any special jalapenos around? What are they stuffed with and what other items go well with them?
I recall several years ago it seem that many places were offering them but now they are gone. What got me wanting them was Thursday night my wife left for two days to visit her family and, eh, you know the feeling, since she was gone I can do what ever I want. I can eat my dinner in a fancy restaurant but for me nothing compares to Tito’s beef empanadas, subs w/ jalapeno and hot wings. When ordering food for several meals I noticed Tito’s now has deep fried jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese. I only bought one and ate it as soon as I got home. I wished I had several more because the deep fried texture was perfectly crunchy, just like their wings. The red jalapeno was hot but not crazy hot. The cream cheese filling was very good and plentiful. Now I want to compare these with other places because this is a side treat that is so much better than fries, rings and other usual stuff.
