I can't help it, I like cookware with glass top lids. I've been looking to replace my TFAL hand-me-downs with some good pieces, and to be honest, I'd rather buy open stock as I don't need that much cookware, but everything I have seen that has been decent, has stainless lids!
What gives? Does it make THAT much of a difference? In particular, I'm looking for a decent deeper walled skillet/saute pan (not sure the technical name) that I can use for poaching eggs and what not.
