This is a last-minute request, but I'm hoping that some people are taking a break from basking in the October heat to check Chowhound. :-)
We're taking a day trip to Winona tomorrow (on the train - hooray for the Friends of the 261!), and are looking for a Sunday lunch during our 2-hour stopover. There'll be a shuttle bus to take passengers to some restaurants - the ones near Main & 2nd/3rd, I presume - or we can walk if there's something close to the Amtrak station.
What's the best bet for a relatively quick but edible lunch for five hungry train passengers? Great Hunan? Blooming Grounds Coffee house? The Jefferson Pub & Grill? The Acoustic Cafe? Betty Jo Byolosky's (though both the name and online menu scare me...) Or something else?
