First of all, I'd like to thank this wonderful board for the astounding culinary advice I've leeched through my two months of lurking here. The mad scientist in me has discovered something that will hopefully pay back the knowledge you have given me.

I think I have stumbled upon the secret to some sort of jewish/french/asian holy grail of breakfast foods.

Take one egg bagel, two eggs fried over hard in quality olive oil (but not too hard, the yolks should be congealed but not mealy), a slice of good smoked salmon, a sprinkling of herbes de provence, a shmear of Temp Tee whipped cream cheese and the coupe de grace, a sprinkling of sriracha on the opposite face. Smack it together, and consume with glee.

Great for a quick breakfast on the go, but don't take it in the car without tasting first, you may pass out.
