I think Robin Hood is a Canadian flour. Pls let me know if that is not correct. Do you know if Robin Hood Flour recipes are generally good? I saw the Robin Hood Baking cookbook yesterday and liked the looks of a lot of the recipes, particularly the bar and cookie recipes. If you do give your "thumbs up" to this cookbook, can you tell me the weight of a cup of flour in these RH recipes? The book gives the flour in cup and ml measurements, but I prefer grams or oz.
