Help for a DC Chowhound visiting Seattle

I'm bringing the family to Seattle for the week of the 16th of August and would love some recommendations for places to eat. We are staying downtown at the Edgewater so that area would be best.

Dinner - This will be our fancy meal for the day. I want someplace with a decent and reasonably priced wine list, good food, and reasonable service. I'm not overly concerned about cost. Places that feature fresh seafood are always welcome as well as places that are typical of Pacific Northwest cusine.

Lunch - funky/hole-in-the-wall/or neat ethnic places would fit the bill nicely.

Breakfast - I'll have two teenage boys with me who eat a lot. Buffets, grills, etc. would be best.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to visiting Seattle.
