DAT - PJ's Oysterbed

felice | Jan 21, 200301:16 PM

Went to PJ's for dinner last week, and they gave us so much food I took my entire entree home. Their DAT menu consisted of:
appetizer: fried calamari or popcorn shrimp with okra (full plate that you could easily share with 2 other people)
huge bowl of clam chowder or salad
entree: mahi mahi or salmon, both grilled with mango salsa, served with mashed potatoes and veggies
dessert: creme brulee or ice cream pie-like dish

I would rank the dishes in the following order:
creme brulee (excellent)
clam chowder (great)
mahi mahi (good)
fried calamari (ordinary)

I also noticed that PJ's is serving a $9.95 early dinner menu from 5:00 to 6:30pm. It consists of a salad, a choice of 5 entrees, and a glass of house red or white. What a deal!
