I plan on making Nigella Lawson's slow roasted (24 hours) pork shoulder but have, historically, found it troublesome in locating the right cut of meat.
I had one butcher in Boston that always hooked me up.
Others thought they knew what I wanted but didn't.
I need one with the bone still in and one side that still has skin on it.
Would love to know somewhere to get this in Dallas...not too far north as I live in Oak Cliff.
