My grandfather used to get this czech sausage from
an old butcher from the old country who was friends
with my gramps' mother. he made it himself, twisting
the sausage casing with wooden toothpicks.
the sausage was cold something along the lines
of "itsa nitsa" this is spelled phoenetically.
Can anyone help with the name or where it can
be bought, i suspect the east village may be
my best bet but let me know.
