Chef Philip McGrath, Chair of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, former chef/owner of Iron Horse Grill, will hold a series of wine tastings, cooking demos and 3-course dinners at the state-of-the-art facilities on campus thru the month of October. Guest chefs joining McGrath in the kitchen will include: Scott & Heather Frantangelo of L'Inizio, Ardsley; Albert DeAngelis of Mediterraneo, White Plains; Christian Petroni of Fortina Restaurants; and Mike Anastacio of Fin & Brew in Peekskill.
