cuisinart stainless verses all clad weight, whats lighter?

Are all clad and cuisinart pots about the same weight? I have cuisinart for my main set and roasting and lasana pan and all clad for some additional pans, but I came to love all clad. In fact i had half a mind to add the set to my bridal registry even though i had a cuisinart set but my husband talked me out of it understandably. I like that most of their stuff is made I the usa, unlike cuisinart, which I found out after buying. They seem closed mouthed about it and dont offer any reaasurance of monitoring manufacturing to insure quality and safety. Both look almost identical and cuisinart performs almost the same. But I heard tramatina skillets are much heavier tgen all clad so I was wobdrring if cuisinart was just as light. I cant compare as I have different sizes. I think some of the pans in all clad hold slightly less then cuisinart but they seem to weigh pretty much the same. Oh im refering to the stainless steal with aluminum core pots in both sets. I wanted to know for future psns I might buy. I do have heavey lodge cast iron pans and I manage as well as my le crueset rnsmel cast iron (which wad much lighter then cheaper brands) but lughter is best.
