Thursday I grabbed a Cuban sandwich at La Bodeguita for a quick dinner. This one had a little bit more of a mustard bite than my first taste (linked below). Also the pork was extremely lean and consequently tougher. Again, I wished that it had more garlic. However, I added more zip by dipping it in the chili-spiked oil offered with the bread. The greens in the side salad were fantastic dressed with a light, faintly sweet and tart dressing.
Service was again very good even at a sidewalk table. I'd told 'em I had to leave in 45 minutes and everything was handled promptly.
