So all four members of my household (except me) will be working on Thanksgiving, and then on "Black Friday," as they all work for retail stores that are open on those days.
We will have a big "sit down" dinner on Sunday night with Italian dishes, a roast, etc., but family young and old have expressed a desire to have turkey on the holiday (or at least hot turkey, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce...the essentials to my crowd) on their lunch/dinner breaks throughout the day.
So, what do you think. Should I do some kind of crockpot turkey-n-stuffing casserole that they will all enjoy, and dip into whenever they're home? If so, do you have recipes? I will also make a couple of pies (apple and pecan) for snacking on that day.
