Is crispy chicken skin bad for you?

I do apologize in advance for my ignorance in nutrition-related matters...

I know that chicken skin is bad for you because of all that animal fat, but if you bake/roast skin-on chicken pieces at a high temperature and all the fat drips away, is the resulting crispy skin still bad for you?
