Creme Fraiche

My grocery has quit carrying prepared creme fraiche and I have to go back to making my own. I have noticed it takes about 24 hours to thicken when making it with low fat butter milk and there does not seem to be any other kind where I live. I am wondering if anyone has made it with full fat yougrt like Stonyfields and if it worked out well.
