Uses for Crème de Chàtaigne

On a driving tour of central France we spent a couple of nice days in Limoges. In a wine shop I asked the man for something "de la région" and he suggested chestnut liqueur.

We've made Kirs with it, which are quite good, and drunk it over ice, but it now languishes, and I welcome new ideas.

What to do with chestnut liqueur?
