i love interesting flavor combinations and have been experimenting with sherbets/sorbets. Have any ideas?
lemon-basil which I'm particularly fond of- i used thai basil
strawberry with black pepper that I paired with a balsamic syrup
mango, pineapple, coconut that is dairy-free(used coconut milk to substitute) turns out wonderfully creamy and light
mandarin orange with vanilla which is a more familiar flavor profile, pretty much an orange julius in icy form.
(btw i do not own an ice cream maker, so i have been doing all of these by hand)
