Create a nuts and seeds smoothie

Hey Guys, I'm vegetarian and trying to add some nutrition to my diet and found out the nuts and seeds are a real powerhouse in a package. However I also found that eating them raw would not be very healthy (due to phytic acid, etc) so I soaked them overnight.

Now, I really don't like eating them soaked and don't have time to add another step for dehydration (plus i'll have to buy a dehydrator), I decided to blend them. That didn't really work well. Here's what I did

I soaked almonds, cashews, walnuts and peanuts overnight, then rinsed them and put it in the blender, then I added unsoaked raisins and pistachios and a glass of milk. Blended them for a few minutes but raisins didn't blend at all, and other nuts are floating in milk in a powdered form which is hard to drink.

A lot of things can be done here and I would appreciate the help of experts in creating a power drink of over 500 healthy calories and 20gm of protein. Is there a better way to DRINK nuts and seeds?

Can I strain the liquid off? Will I loose nutrition that way?
