So let's say I wanna make cupcakes with a cream filling. And let's further say that I already have the cupcake and filling recipes. Two questions:
1) What's the best way to get the filling into the cupcakes -- pastry bag? Turkey baster?
2) Will I need to hollow out a little space for the filling inside the cupcakes, or can I just inject (or whatever) the filling into the middle of each 'cake and let it fall where it may?
