I am in dire need of those little crustaceans with the soft shells. Unfortunately my wallet cant really accommodate my craving, but I will go ANYWHERE on this island for a decent soft-shell crab plate. Any suggestions? Fried, baked, on a bun, in a stir-fry-- Ill take it any way I can get it. Non-traditional dishes are always a curiosity cmon Chowhounders, hit me with your best stuff!
