Another winner of a meal tonight: potage of spring-dug parsnips in a well-heated soup dish, with a couple of big lardons for garnish. A big ol' side of morels, phwoah! The terrine, sublime as usual. A lovely, nice-priced Minervois. Great service by a trio of waiters. About $50 inclusive. Still waiting for that less than great meal here, hope it never arrives.
