I've been told by a 'gourmand' friend that there are restaurants in Japan that specializes in serving crab only! ( different species, different cooking techniques etc.,) Unfortunately, he only sampled such restaurants in Hokaido. Do such restaurants exist in Tokyo? If so, any recommendations? Just listening to him mentioning ' Hokaido king crab cooked 3 ways - sashimi,baked in salt and grilled as well as steamed Hokaido queen crab and snow crab cassarole' really makes my mouth water.
